PE Pipe + Layflat Hose Dual Lines Shipped to Jordan

July 28–29, 2026 – Two sets of PE pipe extrusion equipment have been loaded into two 40HQ containers plus one 20GP container (2 × 40HQ + 1 × 20GP). Loading was completed over the past two days, and the shipment is officially bound for Jordan. This consignment covers one 32–125mm ABA three-layer PE pipe production line and one 50–110mm PE layflat hose production line.

The customer has purchased PE pipe extrusion equipment from us on multiple occasions previously, and all units have been commissioned successfully. The repeat order is based on the reliable performance of our equipment during actual operation and our consistent after-sales service support.
The 32–125mm ABA three-layer co-extrusion pipe line adopts dual extruders matched with a three-layer spiral distribution mould head. Virgin material is used for Layer A (inner and outer layers) to guarantee smooth surface finish and hygienic safety, while recycled material can be blended into Layer B (middle core layer), which significantly cuts raw material costs without compromising pipe performance. The 50–110mm PE layflat hose line targets applications including agricultural main pipelines for drip irrigation, emergency fire water conveyance and mine drainage. Finished hoses can be rolled for storage, enabling fast deployment; logistics and installation costs are far lower than rigid pipes. Both production lines passed 100% material trial runs before shipment. Delivery was arranged after the customer verified the trial operation videos remotely.
Upon the equipment’s arrival at the port, our engineers will be dispatched to Jordan to conduct installation, commissioning and operator training for both lines. Jordan has been increasing investment in water supply network upgrading and water-saving agricultural irrigation in recent years, driving rising demand for PE water supply pipes and irrigation layflat hoses. The simultaneous delivery of the two lines further deepens bilateral cooperation, expanding the partnership from single-product supply to a multi-product portfolio. It also sets a benchmark for in-depth “multiple lines for one customer” cooperation in the Middle East market.
