single wall corrugated pipe production line

FULLWIN corrugated pipe production lines with dual air and water cooling systems. The lines enable high forming speed, consistent corrugations and smooth inner & outer pipe walls. Our finished products cover a wide range of applications: electric conduit pipes, wire threading pipes, shisha / hookah pipes, sink pipes, drain pipes, and medical facilities. The production line runs speed of 20-30 m/min, with a top speed of 45 m/min.

FULLWIN independently develops and manufactures double wall corrugated pipe production lines, available with water cooling and air cooling forming options. The pipes feature high forming efficiency, uniform corrugations, aligned mould lines and smooth inner and outer walls. Our equipment covers full diameter ranges: 40-110mm, 100-300mm, 100-600mm and 300-800mm.

Pe pp ppr hdpe pert pipe production line

FULLWIN pipe extrusion line produces pipes of PP, PE, HDPE, PPR and PERT, with a diameter range of 16-1200mm. Equipped with PLC control system, constant-temperature vacuum water tank and chip-free cutter, the machine operates stably. It is capable of manufacturing single-layer, double-layer, three-layer (ABA/ABC structure) and five-layer pipes, as well as floor heating pipes and special-shaped pipes.

PVC Profile Extrusion Production Line

Fullwin Machinery PVC Profile Extrusion Production Line features reasonable structure, easy operation, high output and long service life. By replacing different moulds, it can produce various products including door and window profiles, electrical trunking, wall corner beads, PVC ceiling panels and furniture edge bands. PVC/WPC Profile Extrusion Production Line

The PVC/WPC profile production line is mainly used to manufacture a full range of decorative building materials, including grille panels, wall panels, ceiling boards, skirting lines, window sills, and waterproof bathroom cabinet profiles.

Equipped with a conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum calibration platform, haul-off unit, cutting machine and flipping table, the production line supports customized production by adopting different moulds to process profiles with various cross-sectional shapes.

PP PE / WPC Profile Extrusion Production Line

FULLWIN PP PE / WPC Profile Extrusion Production Line consists of conical twin-screw extruders, co-extrusion single-screw extruders, vacuum calibrating tables, haul-off machines, cutting machines and unloading racks. The unit delivers excellent plasticization, stable extrusion pressure, high output and low energy consumption, and is compatible with formulas containing high loading of wood powder and other plant fibers.

WPC/WVC Door panel/frame Production Line

This production line is equipped with a conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum calibration bench, haul-off unit, cutting machine and turnover rack. The whole unit delivers reliable performance and high production efficiency. The raw material is a blend of PVC and wood powder. The finished boards come in widths ranging from 700 mm to 1100 mm and thicknesses from 15 mm to 50 mm.

PVC marble sheet extrusion line

Fullwin PVC imitation marble sheet extrusion line adopts PVC and high-filled stone powder as raw materials. It supports online film laminating, heat transfer printing and UV coating to produce high-gloss decorative sheets, which serve as ideal substitutes for natural marble and ceramic tiles in interior decoration. The production line boasts reasonable structural design, easy and smooth operation, high production efficiency and long service life.
